Clem Cole says: Mike was a CMU Mach 2.x implementer which was a splice into BSD, where he added symbolic links which Dennis had created in V8. He also created the CMU command, key (later to become man —k) and a fresh implementation of the pseudo terminal subsystem originally from Rand.
